As long as you get it from Curse that way you know Blizzard won't have a problem with it but the way realm/server hopping is now where the leader has to be in the same zone you want to go too I don't see the point of this add on.

There is a point. You just were not put onto it.

Okay, kinda works if you're in the same zone as the RL but if you're hopping to like, tame a rare hunter pet, it's not gonna work.

It the reason Warlocks can't use Auto join for Ritual of Doom.

It has an option to only join groups where the leader is in the same zone as you. Makes it great for farming rose on my alchemist.

Use it all the time for skinning/mining. Works fine.

All the addon did was basically quick join the lfg tool that blizz already has.
However blizz is looking for a way to snuff out server hopping with the lfg tool so enjoy it while it lasts

Even if it does, assuming most people are 'hopping' while searching for older Rares, the odds of someone being in the same zone as the one you're farming are too rare for me to bother.
Maybe it works for new content (ppl have mentioned farming stuff in Suramar). Different application as far as I'm concerned.
But to fly out to Dread Wastes and keep trying for someone else that's in a barely used zone... I have better things to do with my time. Park an alt there, log in periodically, and do something productive on your main. Done and done.

Server hopping now is working as intended, by bringing groups together only in the zone as the leader- not bringing people into other zones on the leader's realm.
Before that? I could kill over a thousand mobs in an hour without leaving my zones of choice. It was disgusting, but too good not to do.

If its an addon that sits in your addon folder its legal. That doesn't mean that Blizzard like its functionality and are going to allow it to continue working in the promised manner.

[Sorry in advance, this is probably considered derailing the thread, but I need to gripe/vent]
Blizzard creates hundreds, if not thousands of different realms. Game amasses a large number of players throughout the US, Australia and so on (even random groups with Oceanic or Brazilian players [and I apologize if those last two are separate, just a mistake on my part if they are two different things])
Players have THEIR choice of any given realm - realms range from High Pop (hell, I even remember seeing realms that said 'Full' once upon a time) to Low Pop. Myself, I chose a lowish Medium Pop originally - I don't want to NEVER see anyone such as on a Low Pop realm, but I also DO NOT want to be clusterf**ked with hundreds or thousands of other players in any ONE given area.
Things work WONDERFULLY for, what, 7... 8 years? Any time I play the game, I MAYBE run across 2-5 other players total in a lowbie zone, where I maybe run across 5-10 other players on a max-level zone.....
Then Blizzard just decides to throw all of this out the window and clusterf**k everyone together, at least, of same realm types. NOW anymore, no matter WHERE I go, I'm surrounded by 30-60 other players in ANY ONE given area of the game..... save for my characters garrison!
Had it NOT been for family relatives and friends of mine, I would have quit, and never come back to WoW, when MoP launched. No content, ever since WOTLK, has ever been worth playing the game for despite CRZ. And I KNOW for damn sure, that I'm NOT the only one with this sentiment.
Every day for me anymore is just a wish that I could unsub and STAY the hell away from WoW anymore, FOR GOOD (or unless I hear that CRZ is no more)..... but I'm ALWAYS dragged on to the game by family relatives >_>
That, should be a strong message to ANY Blizzard developer or representative. But apparently, it's not, or the developers JUST DO NOT give a f**k anymore, and ONLY want the game to be THEIR WAY.
