Vortex Mod Manager

1. Download creation club files I've provided above

2. Download and install Vortex: Link

3. Run Vortex

4. Click 'Games' in the left pane (pic), and click on the 'Discovered' tab (pic).

5. Hover over the target game (in this case Fallout 4) and click 'Manage'

6. Go to the 'Mods' pane on the left (pic).

7. Now 'Install From File' on the top pane (pic)

8. Pick the creation club file you have download

9. When the Mod is done installing you'll have to first enable it but hitting 'Enable' on the left (pic)

10. You're done :D
