Far Cry 3 Has Stopped Working Windows 8.1

Mar 25, 2016 - Far Cry 3 has stopped workingedit. When pressing play game in Uplay, Far Cry 3 opens and a black screen appears followed immediately. I can play for about 5 minutes until I either: 1. The game halts and eventually the 'Farcry has stopped working' windows message appears 2.

Playing far cry 3 at first it was fine. After that on the mission 'The Medusa's Call' it always stopped working after 20-30 mins. When in the mission, about at the ending part, keeps stopped working, and when i play the game again, the checkpoint is not loaded so i played again over and over the mission. My CPU usage is constant 23%, so it was not the cpu problem. What is causing this and how to not popping 'farcry is stopped working' again?
Specs:
Hp Pavilion g4-2006TX
12 Gb RAM (At first it was 4 gigs)
Using AMD Radeon
